Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov announced during his meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Pyongyang today that the two sides have agreed on permanent military cooperation and signed the necessary action plan for this partnership.
Russia Belousov said:
“We agreed with the North Korean Ministry of Defense to make bilateral military cooperation permanent. We are ready to sign a Russian-Korean military cooperation plan for the period 2027-2031 this year.”
Belausov noted that relations between the two countries have reached an unprecedented level and are constantly developing, adding, “This year promises to be rich in bilateral contacts in a number of areas.”

Belausov awarded Russian honors to a number of North Korean soldiers who carried out joint missions with their Russian counterparts during the liberation of the Kursk region from the Kyiv Nazis, who had infiltrated the border villages and towns by the thousands, terrorizing the inhabitants and destroying property.
